200 g Macaroni

150 g Cheddar cheese, grated

50 g Parmesan cheese, grated

100 ml whole milk

4 strips of bacon

2 beef patties (about 125 g each)

4 large flour tortillas

1 tablespoon butter

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato slices, pickles

Koche die Macaroni: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

    Bereite die Käsesauce zu: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the milk and gradually add the cheddar and parmesan cheese while stirring until melted and smooth. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.

      Vermische die Macaroni: Combine the cooked macaroni with the cheese sauce and mix well until fully coated.

        Brate den Speck: In a skillet, cook the bacon strips until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels, then crumble them into pieces.

          Grille die Beef Patties: In the same skillet, grill the beef patties to your desired doneness, seasoning with salt and pepper. This should take about 4-5 minutes on each side, depending on thickness.
