500g Pastrami, sliced

4 slices Rye Bread

2 tablespoons Yellow Mustard

4 slices Swiss Cheese

1 dill pickle, sliced (for garnish)

1 tablespoon butter (for toasting)

Anleitungen
 

Begin by preheating a skillet over medium heat.

    While the skillet is warming, lay out the rye bread slices on a clean surface.

      Spread 1 tablespoon of yellow mustard on two slices of rye bread.

        Layer each mustard-spread slice with Swiss cheese, followed by an ample amount of pastrami, making sure it's well stacked.

          Top off with the remaining slices of rye bread, pressing down gently.

            Melt butter in the preheated skillet. Once melted, place the sandwiches in the skillet.

              Grill the sandwiches for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and crispy and the cheese has melted.

                Once done, remove the sandwiches from the skillet and let them cool slightly.

                  Slice each sandwich in half diagonally and serve with dill pickle slices on the side for that perfect crunch.
