2 ripe bananas, sliced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1 cup cold milk

1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix

1 pre-made pie crust (graham cracker or shortbread)

Chocolate shavings or pieces for garnish (optional)

In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

    In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Slowly add the cold milk and mix well. Then, add the instant vanilla pudding mix and beat until smooth and thickened.

      Gently fold in the whipped cream into the cream cheese-pudding mixture until fully incorporated. Be careful to maintain the lightness of the whipped cream.

        Place a layer of sliced bananas at the bottom of the pre-made pie crust.

          Pour half of the cream mixture over the sliced bananas, spreading it evenly with a spatula.

            Add another layer of banana slices on top, followed by the remaining cream mixture.

              Smooth the top and place the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.

                Before serving, garnish with additional banana slices and chocolate shavings if desired.
