Marinate the Pork: In a small bowl, mix together the harissa paste, olive oil, honey, minced garlic, smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, and pepper to create a marinated paste.

Coat the Tenderloin: Rub the marinated paste all over the pork tenderloin, ensuring it is well coated. Place it in a resealable bag or a dish, cover, and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for maximum flavor.

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roast the Pork: Place the marinated pork tenderloin on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Rest the Meat: Once done, remove the tenderloin from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.

Slice and Serve: After resting, slice the pork tenderloin into medallions. Serve garnished with fresh cilantro and lemon wedges on the side for a refreshing touch.

              Prep Time: 30 min | Total Time: 1 hr | Servings: 4

                - Presentation Tips: Arrange the sliced pork on a platter, drizzle with any remaining pan juices, and add lemon wedges and cilantro for an appealing look.
