Zutaten
  

1 large round sourdough bread loaf

200g shrimp, peeled and deveined

200g crab meat, canned or fresh

100g cream cheese, softened

50g grated mozzarella cheese

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil for sautéing

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

    Cut the top off the sourdough bread loaf and scoop out the inside to create a hollow bowl, leaving about 1 inch of bread on the sides. Save the removed bread for later.

      In a skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

        Add the minced garlic and shrimp to the skillet, cooking until the shrimp turns pink, about 3-4 minutes. Stir occasionally.

          In a mixing bowl, combine the sautéed shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, dill, parsley, lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.

            Carefully fill the hollowed bread bowl with the seafood mixture, packing it lightly.

              Place the stuffed bread bowl on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the mixture is heated through.

                While baking, you can toast the saved bread from the loaf in the oven to create dippable bread pieces.

                  Once done, remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
